Yeah, I'm very dissapointed at the picture of the V-Wing. Something in the back of my head knew it would be about the V-Wing which made me very excitied. I would've rather waited until the end of the week to see an actual pic but I guess I'll be checking starwars.com instead tomorrow morning. Though I can already see that the V-Wing may be a dissapointment in itself but maybe that's just the pic.

Silly people! It's obviously a version of the V-Wing that has a hyperdrive!! The photographers at the Brick Inquirerer obviously took that picture as it was entering Hyperspeed!!

Well if you think about it that way, this is great.
If Ace would of posted 1 clear picture of the V-wing, we would have a spike in visitors for a day or two, then go back to our normal volume of members/guests visiting FBTB.
But by putting up several teasers, followed by a clear picture, we should get a bunch of publicity and more visitors this way.
PS:this is an FBTB exclusive, spent 15 mins googling different combos of "V-wing", "star wars", "lego", and "pictures", and nothing turned up

Ah, a return of the teaser pics . Just like in the good old times at FBTB (yes, those times were good).
I guess I'll now sit back and enjoy a moment of nostalgia. While checking the front page more often of course.
And naturally the question arises if it is absolutely necessary to fly into a passion just because you'll see the first pictures of a set about to come out in more than four months not today but a few days later...

My favorite touch is the red trim. I also love the canopy mechanism: that's just brilliant. I'm not really sure about the landing gear. It works, but it looks a little... flimsy? The minifig will look nice with the rest of my fleet.
Overall, a nice little ship.
