Once again, Andi has gone above and beyond the call of duty in regards to her continuing the upkeep of the spreadsheet.
What Andi has done is added the SET images to their respective listing, just as I did with the minfig images on the minifig sheet. It's something to see for sure!
You can get this new version here:
http://www.dmkicks.com/StarWarsLegoCompletewithSETPictures.xls
Current file size: 1808KB
The most current version of the original sheet is still abailable at:
http://www.dmkicks.com/StarWarsLegoComplete.xls
Current file size: 854KB
Note: You need Microsoft Excel in order to open/use these files.
And the instructions, for those who need them:
http://www.dmkicks.com/StarWarsLegoInstructions.doc
Current file size: 119KB
Note: You need Microsoft Word (or a word processing program that will accept the .doc extension) in order to open/use this file.
All sets and minifigs are up to date as of 3/17/07
All thanks and praise to Andi for doing me this favor while I try to make order of the mess I've made of my life. Either myself or Andi will keep everyone up to date on the spreadhseet's progress.
Once again, I thank all of you who've used my little creation, and I especially thank those of you who have sent me PMs on my marital woes, your kind words and shows of support have helped me more than you could know.
Cheers,

Thank you so much for your hard work!
I am new to this board and to collecting Star Wars Legos. These two spreadsheets will help me stay organized from the very beginning!

These are very cool as well as very useful. Thank you!
Have you considered adding the minifigs from the LEGO SW Pens?

First off, you're welcome, glad you like my little projects.
I pondered adding the minifigs from both the pens and the keychains, but decided against it. Both the pens and keychains are on the main inventory, and since the only thing about them that makes them SW is the minifigs, I figured one entry for them was enough.
Cheers,

Nice work Hair Jedi. For someone who is new to collecting SW Lego like me this is very useful. Much better than the ad hoc spreadsheet I'd created myself. Have added a column to record how much I've actually paid for each set so I can compare how much extra I've had to spend due to being late in the game |

Hey this is neat. I have been keeping a spreadsheet since the beginning, mostly to track what I still need to buy!
I like the minifig sheet for having all the minifigs, but here's a suggestion:
Link it to the other sheet, and have it automatically generate the fig numbers. You can get the fig numbers from Bricklink if you need 'em:
e.g. http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=7140-1
Just a suggestion!
-Alfred
P.S. Here are my stats:
Total Sets 253
Total Pieces 49,533
Total Prices $5,654.45
Avg Per Piece $0.11
From my sheet:
My price $3,853.47
My ave pc price $0.08 |

Thank you for your time and work into this. Very handy and helped me realize how much SWL I have. I just need to make sure my wife doesn't see this sheet because she might just tell me that I have enough.
But... you can never have too many |

It's very simple Master Fetty...
In the sheet that contains the System Sets, simply enter the quantity of each set you have in the set's Qty column, then hit Enter. Automatically, the spreadsheet will update the pc count for that set, cost, total pcs for all your sets, total cost for all your sets and any related minifig counts on the Minifig Sheet.
If you have any additional minifigs, go to the Minifig Sheet, and enter the the quantity in the Extra column for the particular minfig. This will automatically update the total qty for that minfig, plus all the grand totals for your minfigs.
Hope this explains things for you...
Cheers,

You're quite welcome sid, and thanx for the heads-up on the missing keychain... wasn't even aware of an Obi-Wan one... but it's now added to the list.
The sheets have been updated and some minor bugs (forgotten formulas ) fixed, the new version is posted for download.
Cheers,

Also just noticed it doesn't have the two magnet sets.
Yoda Set-4269244 (9.95)
Chewbacca Set-4269242 (9.95)
Wish I had noticed that before. |

I'm still on the fence with the magnet sets... pondered adding them, then not... still thinking about it. Though you can always customize your copy however you like, as many members have... darn modders :D ::D: _________________ Dyslexics of the world.... UNTIE!

If you're just downloading the file, the pix should all be in their correct place _________________ Dyslexics of the world.... UNTIE!

If need be, you can resize the height of the cells to fit the pix _________________ Dyslexics of the world.... UNTIE!

I suppose, but it will take about an hour to do them all to the right size. |

Hey this is a great spreadsheet! Thanks for taking the time to put this out!
As an old excel ace , I have been keeping track of my own sets on excel.
However, since yours was much better, I pitched mine out and used yours. I was going to suggest you combine the two sheets, but you beat me to it (plus I didn't have an account until now - I'm just lazy I guess).
BTW - You have an error on the Minifig sheet. The count for Aldar Beedo (non junkyard version) refers to another minifig count instead of the appropriate set on the previous sheet. This gives a false total. I fixed it on mine, but it's still there with the latest version linked at the top.
(updated 1/24/06) 131 sets, 295 minifigs, 38,462 pieces @ $0.106/piece _________________

Thanx for the compliments, from one Excel nut to another, I'm glad you like my little creation.
Fixed the Aldar Beedo error, thanx for the heads-up... I'm so embarassed
