Okay, submissions are officially open. Remember the guidelines above... 1 picture of your build, one picture of your source, and a link to your gallery/MOC Forum post for discussion.

No comments on the submissions here! We don't want this to be cluttered. I split off all the discussion into its own little thread, so take it that way.

I give you my steam punked Jedi Star Fighter 1. Sorry for the bad reference picture, the internet is not friendly this morning. Hope the bosses like it.

You can include a bit of text to name/explain/introduce your model as well...

1 pic of your build
1 reference pic
1 link to your MOC posting (or Flickr Gallery, MOC Page, etc)

Here is my entry to the steamwars contest. I had to make this as if I had to choose one and only one set to have it would be the new slave I

Ship: SteamSpray SLVI
Pilot: Baron Von Bobafetten

The pilot is made from the leg/torso/head of T-16 Luke with the Black Helmit and goggles of the new Indiana Jones "Guard" No photo sorry but you should be able to imagine it and that I wished I had an old classic red police hat for him...and a scarf from the old west sets. For those of you who do not know what Slave I looks like: Wink

Masta' Bo's first MOC: Steampunk'd A-wing Starfighter V3
Piloted by: Sheriff Bo 'Green Leader' Master.

It operates on two coal burning/water boilin' furnaces, which turn the gears to get the wagon wheels on the bottom moving, to pick up speed so that the wings and propellers can work. Date of test fly: 1856. Altitude of test fly: 7 ft. Times of use: 1.
This ship was made out of spare Harry Potter and Space parts.

Steampunk A-wing by Dash Riprock

I was surprised at how popular the A-wing was for the contest, I think it was a great idea and I loved how many people participated.

Reduce the size of your pic and post it in your submission, otherwise you won't be in consideration.

hmm... it's not excessive, so I think we'll allow it. But find a ref pic anyways because with all the random blogs pointing to this thread for it's steampunk goodness, possibly not everyone visiting will know how awesome it is in comparison to the source.

I had a lot of fun doing this. I think for my first Steampunk-ish MOC, it's not half bad.

My first post here, my first Star Wars moc, my first Steampunk moc.
Not quite the first Steamspeeder apparently. Since it is a first I thought I'd start small so the Landspeeder really was the obvious choice.
