This is my entry for the Steam Wars contest: Johnny Starfighter, steampunkified!

Steampunked Jedi starfighter from episode iii.

Pic

Not bad, considering I have no clue what steampunk is, eh?

haha! It's a cute little ship! Very Happy I like the skull with the helmet on for the astromech droid! good job with the integration with the wheel on the front, and the props for the side fold-down wings.

Usch, and I hoped to be the only one to do a Steampunk Eta-2.. Wink

Nice little MOC, I really like it. It's very original and steampunkish, yet highly recognizable and relatively accurate. There isn't too much details nor greebling, but pretty much enough.

I would, however, like to see some other pictures, mainly from the rear of the ship. I'd like to know the way you did it, especially the engines.

I don't think I took a picture from the back. Besides, there is no engines.

That's a shame. Can you take one now? Wink

What?!? No engines?!? Then how does it go forward instead of just up and down? Maybe throw a prop on the back just to be safe.......

It got hit by anti-starfighter guns right after I got a picture. To answer your other question: How do helicopters move forward?
