I can't believe there's no thread about this awesome sitcom.
I'm sure there's someone out there who watches and loves it.

This show's awesome. I love all the geek jokes, which are refreshing in a sitcom. I've seen every episode, and it's on right before How I Met Your Mother (another awesome show) where I live tonight so I'm pretty excited.

For UK residents, series 2 starts on Channel 4 tomorrow at 11-ish. It's repeated on E4 later in the week in an earlier slot. I think it was Thursday, or maybe Friday. I dunno, go check it yourself, lazy bums. Razz

I watched the last series and thought it was pretty good. Obviously there were a few wall bangers - it's sitcom from the last 10 years, for pete's sake - but it was generally pretty entertaining and a lot of fun. I liked the whole episode with the Time Machine prop, as well as that fancy dress party; lots of geek references to sink my teeth into. Very Happy

Thank the heavens for Sky+, so I can actually sleep tomorrow night instead of passing out halfway through Big Bang...

I love this show, thanks Rory for saying when it starts. Now I can't wait.

I've been waiting for series 1 on DVD for ages, but will wait for a price drop.

I do get a lot of the jokes, it is an extremely enjoyable show, and I even got my brother and sister to watch it.

I've been waiting for this subject to come up. After all, it's pretty much my favourite sitcom.

The first season was finished here a while ago, and I'm hoping the second one will be shown relatively soon.

By the way, oddly enough, the show goes under an entirely different name here. Here it's called "Rillit huurussa", meaning virtually "Steamy eyeglasses".
It's quite a strange choice for the name. For some reason, I prefer it to the original, though. Razz

To a lot of people, who wake up between 5-7, going to bed before midnight is quite normal. Just because you don't do it, doesn't mean everyone else is. Smile

Anyway, I've seen a few episodes, but I'm busy on the night it airs, so my best chance of seeing it is on the internet...

I love this show. I enjoy how I can always pick up the geek jokes like Star Wars and Trek mentions.

My especially favorite episode was the last Christmas one, and Sheldon's reaction to the Nemoy-signed napkin he got.

My favourite moment was when Lenard and Howard forced Sheldon to smile. I laughed so hard I cried.

Since the show isn't airing on any channels here, I have to watch all episodes on the internet.
