Well here's my entry for the Steam-wars contest. well here it is...

Gallery when public

Created by Steamer systems Inc. when people needed a new contraption to haul cargo and patrol their land.
Made with state of the art Steam-Tech, it zips around at speeds of 45 Knots. Though it looks unstable,
it's props turn oppisite dirrections of each other to keep from spinning out of control.
heres the refrence photo:

Awesome! It's a lot better than my excuse for a steam-skiff. Very Happy

Hey! Falcon Man ,your skiff was not bad at all!
Anywho... Karil, what a 'beaut! The barrell boiler, the mini boiler w/ copper top, and the megaphone smokestack are all really workin'. Nice gear, tubing, and propeller work too. The front though, it's nice, but the wedge pieces with the smooth curved pieces don't really "mesh." My suggestion: Replace the smooth parts with rougher slope pieces (2 x 2 45 degrees) stacked, or one simple 4 x 2 45 deg. slope piece at the front; or, just put tiles on the wedges. My 2 cents.
Nice work, overall. 'Twill be a nice competitor in the contest.

It's a shame your main shot is so grainy because it doesn't do justice to a really neat little skiff. I'm liking the barrels a lot and it has a nice balance of size, style and function - do the underside props turn? A better photo would do wonders for this model.

It is looking very good. I enjoy the huge prop underneath it.
